Ustazah Asni Mansor talks on Maulidur Rasul at lembah Bujang, Merbok

“Love the Prophet, brought to heaven”
The essence of the talks from Ustazah Asni Mansor

Every year we celebrate the birth of a great human, that is Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), but the "quality" of being muslims, regardless of the old or young still not boast. The answer is because we are not practicing the Sunnah of the Prophet.

We as a people that are following the Prophet Muhammad have an important responsibility towards our religion. We need to continue to spread the teaching of Islam as the prophet has done in many years ago. We also have a great book called “Al-Quran” that containing many of wisdom inside it.

One the advantages of being the “umat” of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is we be able to obtain the “syafaat” from prophet while we are being collected at Padang Masyar at one condition, we need to perform the “selawat” all the time. Allah SWT said in the Quran, “Allah and His angels always bless the Prophet. O ye who believe, bless and salam to the Prophet” Surah Al Ahzab, verses 56.

The entire companion loves the Prophet Muhammad so much. For example the story of Saidina Abu Bakar As-Siddiq story, at that night, the Prophet Muhammad and Abu Bakr had been sleeping in a cave of Thur , the Prophet  had laid his head on the thigh Abu Bakar. Abu Bakar let him sleep on his legs thighs and did not move his legs because he does not want to bother the Prophet. Suddenly the foot of Abu Bakar was bitten by venomous snakes. In enduring the pain and sorrow that bites, Abu Bakar had shed tears and the tears were dripping down the cheek of Prophet, and makes woke up. By saw Abu Bakar wept, Prophet kept asking why he was crying, Abu Bakar told that his leg had been bitten by a snake and could not hold back pain due to the bites. Hearing the answer, the Prophet continued to spit and wiped effects of the bites, it bites directly effect almost immediately and no more pain because of the holy Prophet miracles.

Ustazah Hasni also talks on the time that the Prophet on his last breath, he still said “ummati, ummati” meaning that “my people, my people”. This show that how much the Prophet love and care toward his “umat” and the Prophet (pbuh) afraid that we will lose and choose the wrong path in this world that fill with much of tribulations.

Last but not least, Ustazah Asni remind us if we are the true follower of prophet Muhammad (pbuh), we need to practice all the sunnah and of course the obligations as a muslim. In addition, we need to take a good care of our parents while they still alive and always do the good deed towards them at the same time always seek for Allah’s blessing as well as the “syafaat” from the prophet by perform the “selawat” all the time.

Stress:Companies Can Kills...

We as ordinary human cannot run from being stress. Stress is one of "emotion disease" or "mental disease" that everyone will feel and experience about it. Some said that even childrens can suffering this freaking stress. This kind of mental disease (my own idea) will make someone cannot control their lifestyle and emotion because of many internal and external factor that influences. Sometimes, if the stress come out so badly, its can kill silently.

I'll bring you to verify this real case. It is based on information in a legal complaint filed with the courts. Only names and certain have been changed to protect the identities of the parties involved.

After graduated, Roger Berman joined the company as a management trainee. He working hard and eventually, he became manager of a large department in particular giant corporation. With a salary of about 50,000 dolar, his job requiring more and more his time that including of evening and weekend hours. The pressure became so great until he asked several times to have his work lightened. Unfortunately, nothing changed.

After 30 years working with that company, he decided to take early retirement to escape from his strain of his job. But his superior manage to talked to him to stay on and promising to lightened his job. he agreed but again, tha same problem happen again. He discovered that he cannot take early retirement anymore because he was not eligible.

By day to day, his work makes him anxious about his ability to accomplish his job. Roger Breman were suggest to refer with psychiatrist. report was told that Berman's mental health was "precarious" will be more impaired if there was not relief in his work. But, apperantly, nothing changed.

On January 31st ,1979, Roger Berman was found died in his garage with motor still running, after he came back from work. The autopsy report  listed caobon monoxide as the coz of the death, but in this case "cause" is a matterof some dispute. His wife is suing his former employer for 6 million dolar, claiming it caused her husband's deatn by failing to respond to his repeated complainta of overwork. The case raises the question that whether an employer can, in effect, by its own action or inaction, kill with stress.

HADITH

One day the Messenger of Allah (PBUH: peace be upon him) asked his companions: “Which of God’s creatures possess the most amazing iman (faith)?”“The Angels,” answered his companions.“How would the Angels not have faith in Allah when they are always close to Him,” replied the Messenger in disagreement.“The prophets,” answered the other companions.“How would the prophets not have faith when words of God are revealed unto them?” the Messenger disagreed.“We - your companions?” the companions suggested.“How would you not have faith when I am always amidst you?” retorted the Messenger. Finally the Messenger decreed: “The creatures with the most amazing iman are those who live after me. They have never met me but they declare faith in me. They love me more than they love their children and elders. They are my Ikhwan (Brothers). They read the Quran and are faithful to all its contents.”(Related by Abu Ya’la)“O Abu Bakr,” the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) asked, “Do you not long for my Ikhwan since they also love you because you are my companion?”(Related by Ibnu Hajar Asqalani)The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) continued: “Good tidings for those who meet and declare faith in me. And sevenfold good tidings for those who declare faith in me but have never met me.”(Related by Ahmad)Let it be known to you, that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) longs for a tha’ifah (group) from amongst his ummah near the end of time; an ummah whose morals are akin to the prophets’ and who remain steadfast to the ways of the siddiqin (righteous). They are the strange ones among the general Muslim population.

ISLAMIC FINANCIAL STRENGTH

The whole world is particular about economy which is considered as the main source of life. Every nation and every country strive hard to strengthen their economic situation. When the economy of a country is strong, the country will advance in many other fields like industries, technologies and even military. The strong economy enables a country to take over another country. Little wonder, economy is always the focus of all the world leaders. The muslim world are also in the race. They are also strengthening their economy. Many via the capitalist system introduced and supported by the Western countries and the Jews. The muslim forget that Islam has its own economic system which is far better than the capitalist. Under islamic economy, God is the essence. The capitalist’s main focus is profitability per se. The concept of love and care in undertaking business decision is almost non existing. Economy as an ibadah is unthinkable. As such, capitalists will compete vigorously to increase their profits and minimize their losses even by stepping on others.Unfortunately, many muslims are also in the same school of thought. Instead of taking God as the guidance, we try to compete with the capitalists on their own platform which is created by them to generate income for themselves. The result? We always failed and face further diminution. Muslims must reassess their economic focus and guidelines. Taqwa is the foundation upon which all business decisions and planning should be constructed. The Islamic economic and financial systems are meant to protect human, and to promote love and care, unity among all, bringing peace and harmony here and the hereafter.
